Innovative
The idea has to innovate an aspect of the given industries in one way or more. Something out-of-the-box.
Problem-solving
The idea can also emphasize on overcoming long-lasting problems or limitations of the industries.
Feasibility
The idea must be feasible on small-to-medium scale when it comes to actually applying it in the market.
COMPARISION MERITS
While ideas can not be compared in an apple-to-apple manner, here are some of the factors through which we will compare your ideas with other participants. Fulfilling these factors would lead to a higher possibility of winning:
1. CLARITY OF THE PROBLEM & SOLUTION:
You must be aware of the problem statement and how your idea is addressing it. The clarity of "Why" will demonstrate your understanding of your idea.
2. REALISTIC IMPLEMENTATION:
"What" does it take to implement such an idea? It shouldn't just be another business idea nor it should be superficial. The implementation of your idea has to be realistic and on an imaginable scale.
3. SUSTAINABILITY:
Your idea must be sustainable for a certain period. Temporary solutions to temporary problems are not part of our contest. The evaluation process will emphasize the longevity of your idea.
4. THOROUGH PLANNING:
How well do you gauge your idea, its implementation and its scalability is an important part of the contest. Of course, you will have to demonstrate it effectively to get an edge.

Document your idea in a PDF/PPT
Prepare a detailed presentation in the format that is given in
the following template and submit to us by 20th January:

Introduction video
Along with the PPT/PDF presentation, you must share a YouTube link to your 2-3 minute introductory video where we can know more about you, your idea, and the vision.

AI-screening tool
We have built our own AI tool that is tailored to compare your idea with given merit and criteria based on the presentation that you submit.

The Pitching round
20 shortlisted candidates will exhibit their ideas and pitch them during the physical event of Ideathon'25. Jury will consist a group of subject matter experts from the same industry. Venue and timing to be declared.

Results
We will contact and award the top-three winners based on the thorough screening including their PPT/PDF, introductory video, and the pitching round.
